HMP x Through Poetree
Through Poetree delivered a series of creative writing and poetry workshops at London prisons.
Providing a reflective space for men to explore themes such as masculinity, love, and relationships.
Each session invited open conversation, self-expression, and creative honesty - encouraging participants to reflect on their experiences and turn their thoughts into poetry.
Through guided prompts and group discussion, the men wrote and shared powerful pieces that expressed vulnerability, growth, and resilience.
By the end of the workshop, the group had built confidence in their writing, a stronger sense of community, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others through creativity.
